At My Ayurveda Store, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and trustworthy experience with every order. If you receive a wrong, damaged, or missing item, or wish to make changes after placing your order, we’re here to help.


🔄 Wrong Item Received

Received something you didn’t order? We’re sorry for the mix-up.

Here’s what to do:

  • Contact our support team at +91-9875959985 or through your account message center.
  • Share clear images of the item you received.
  • Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

After verification, we’ll ship the correct item to you as quickly as possible.


📦 Item Not Delivered

If your package hasn’t arrived:

  • Check the tracking link sent in your confirmation email.
  • If it’s delayed, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Our team will investigate and update you on the resolution.


Damaged Item Received

We pack all products with care, but if something arrives damaged:

  • Record an unboxing video from the moment you open the package.
  • Contact us within 3 working days of delivery.
  • After review, we’ll offer a refund or replacement, as per your preference.

Changed your mind after placing the order?

  • You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
  • Call our support team right away at +91-9875959985.

Please note: Once shipped, changes cannot be made.


📬 How to Return a Product

To return an item:

  1. Call our support team or use the online message center.
  2. Share your Order Number, the item details, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will provide the return address and instructions.
  4. Pack the product securely with your name, order number, and contact details.
  5. Always collect a proof of postage from the courier—this helps in case of loss in transit.

If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, PayPal, etc.).


💸 Refund Process

Refunds are processed to the same payment method used during purchase. Please allow 5–7 business days for it to reflect in your account after confirmation.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 48 hours (customized packs take 3–4 working days).
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
